Seasoned rice triangles filled with creamy spicy tuna and wrapped in nori seaweed - a delightful Japanese hand-held meal.

# Ingredients:

→ Rice

01 - 3 cups cooked short-grain rice (sushi rice)
02 - 1/2 tsp salt

→ Wrapper & Garnish

03 - 1/2 sheet nori (or more for extra seaweed)
04 - 1/2 tsp black sesame seeds (optional)
05 - Water (for moistening hands and utensils)

→ Spicy Tuna Filling

06 - 150g canned tuna (in oil preferred)
07 - 2 tbsp mayonnaise (Japanese or regular)
08 - 1 tbsp sriracha sauce (or preferred hot sauce)

# Steps:

01 - Season freshly cooked or reheated rice with salt in a bowl. Cover to keep warm.
02 - Drain canned tuna well. Mix it with mayonnaise and sriracha sauce in a bowl to prepare the spicy tuna filling.
03 - Place a 15x15-inch sheet of plastic wrap on a clean surface. Scoop 3/4 cup of rice onto the center and flatten into a circle about 1/2 inch thick.
04 - Place a portion of spicy tuna filling in the center. Gather the plastic wrap around the rice, forming a ball while pressing the filling inside.
05 - Flatten slightly and shape into a triangle using the L-shape of your thumb and index finger.
06 - Cut nori into strips or use half a sheet for each ball. Wrap the nori around the base of the rice ball.
07 - Garnish with sesame seeds if desired. Serve immediately for the best flavor.

# Notes:

01 - Perfect for bento boxes, lunches, or on-the-go meals.
