09 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
10 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

# Steps:

01 - In a mixing bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
02 - Add olive oil, flour, and salt to the yeast mixture. Stir until a sticky dough forms.
03 - Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead until smooth, adding up to 1/2 cup extra flour if needed.
04 - Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a towel, and let rise for about 30 minutes or until doubled in size.
05 - Preheat your oven to 450°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
06 - Divide the dough into equal portions. Roll each portion into a circle about the size of your hand.
07 - Spread a spoonful of pizza sauce onto each dough circle. Add pepperoni, mozzarella, and cheddar cheese as desired.
