Gooey Mozzarella Biscuit Bombs (Printable Version)

Flaky buttermilk biscuits with melty mozzarella centers, brushed with garlic herb butter for the perfect savory bite.

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 package (8-count) Pillsbury Grands buttermilk biscuits
02 - 4 sticks mozzarella string cheese, each cut into 8 equal parts

→ Garlic Butter

03 - 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
04 - 1 tablespoon finely minced garlic
05 - 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
06 - Pinch of fine sea salt

# Steps:

01 - Set the oven to 400°F (200°C) to ensure proper baking temperature.
02 - Remove biscuits from package. Separate and divide each biscuit in half. Flatten each piece to approximately 0.6 cm thickness using a rolling pin or your hands, maintaining a rounded shape.
03 - In a small mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and salt.
04 - Place two pieces of sliced mozzarella cheese at the center of each flattened biscuit dough piece. Fold the dough over the cheese, pressing edges together to form a sealed ball with the seam positioned downward on the baking sheet.
05 - Brush each dough ball generously with the garlic butter mixture. Transfer to the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes, until golden brown.
06 - Immediately brush the hot biscuits with remaining garlic butter mixture. Serve warm for optimal cheese pull and flavor.

# Notes:

01 - Use light-colored baking sheet to prevent over-browning.
02 - Best served immediately while cheese is melty.
03 - Can be assembled ahead and baked just before serving.
