Preheat the oven to 375ºF (190ºC).

Slice the top rind off the brie and place it in a small baking dish.

Bake the brie for 7 minutes until soft and melty.

Remove the brie from the oven and top with cranberry sauce. Drizzle with honey if desired and stir gently to combine.

Place the rosemary sprig on top and bake for another 10-15 minutes until the dip is bubbly and fragrant.
