Cheese Stuffed Biscuits (Printable Version)

Golden biscuits with molten mozzarella centers, brushed with garlic butter and topped with Parmesan cheese.

# Ingredients:

→ Base Ingredients

01 - 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
02 - 16 cubes mozzarella cheese (1 inch each)

→ Garlic Butter Topping

03 - 4 tablespoons butter, melted
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
06 - 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated
07 - Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

# Steps:

01 - Heat oven to 190°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Separate biscuits and flatten each into a disc.
03 - Place a mozzarella cube in the middle of each disc.
04 - Wrap dough around cheese, seal edges well, and roll into a ball.
05 - Mix melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
06 - Brush each ball with garlic butter mixture.
07 - Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
08 - Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
09 - Let cool slightly, top with parsley, and serve warm.
