BBQ Chicken Roll-Ups (Printable Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 refrigerated pizza crust (like Pillsbury's)
02 - 2 cups shredded chicken or 12-oz canned chicken
03 - 1/3 cup diced red onion
04 - 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
05 - 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella, plus more for topping
06 - Cooking spray or parchment paper

# Steps:

01 - Roll out pizza dough and spread BBQ sauce evenly across the surface. Distribute shredded chicken, diced red onions, and mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.
02 - Starting from the long edge, carefully roll up the dough into a tight cylinder. Cut into 2-inch thick pieces to form individual roll-ups.
03 - Line air fryer basket with parchment paper. Place roll-ups in basket without overcrowding. Cook at 190°C (375°F) for 6 minutes, then add additional cheese on top and cook for 1-2 minutes more until golden and cheese is melted.
04 - Alternatively, place roll-ups on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 15-16 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked through.

# Notes:

01 - Don't add extra sauce or rolls will fall apart during cooking.
02 - These can be prepared using either an air fryer or conventional oven with adjusted cooking times.
