In a large bowl, combine the squeezed zucchini with breadcrumbs, beaten eggs, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, dried herbs, salt, and pepper until well incorporated.

Shape mixture into 20 uniform balls using a gentle squeezing motion rather than rolling. Place on prepared baking sheet with space between each.
