Turkey Stuffing Balls Cranberry (Printable Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups bread crumbs
02 - 1 cup cooked turkey, shredded
03 - ½ cup dried cranberries, chopped
04 - ½ cup onion, finely diced
05 - ½ cup celery, diced
06 - ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
07 - ¼ cup chicken broth
08 - 1 tsp dried thyme
09 - 1 tsp salt
10 - ½ tsp black pepper
11 - 1 large egg

# Steps:

01 - Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, combine bread crumbs, shredded turkey, chopped cranberries, diced onion, diced celery, and chopped parsley.
03 - Incorporate dried thyme, salt, and black pepper into the mixture.
04 - Add chicken broth followed by the egg, mixing thoroughly until the mixture has an even consistency. If the mixture appears too dry, gradually add more broth.
05 - Using 2 tablespoons of mixture for each, roll into spheres and arrange on the prepared baking sheet.
06 - Bake for 25 minutes or until golden and thoroughly cooked.
07 - Serve warm with gravy or cranberry sauce on the side.
