Set oven to broil at 260°C (500°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Slice the baguette into 12 rounds, each about 2.5cm (1-inch) thick, and arrange on the prepared baking sheet.

Place ½ slice of turkey on each baguette round as the first layer.

In a small bowl, combine the black currant jam and red chili sauce. Spread approximately 1 tablespoon of this mixture over each turkey-topped baguette round.

Slice the Brie cheese and place one slice on top of each assembled bite.

Place the tray in the preheated oven and broil for 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese melts and begins to bubble.

Remove from the oven, allow to cool for 5 minutes, and garnish with fresh rosemary if desired before serving.
