Turkey Brie Bites (Printable Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 6 slices leftover roasted turkey or deli meat (approx. 100g)
02 - ½ baguette, sliced into 12 rounds

→ Toppings

03 - ½ cup black currant jam (or substitute with blueberry/blackberry)
04 - 3 tbsp red chili sauce (or red pepper jelly)
05 - 75g Brie cheese (1 small wheel)
06 - Fresh rosemary, for garnish (optional)

# Steps:

01 - Set oven to broil at 260°C (500°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Slice the baguette into 12 rounds, each about 2.5cm (1-inch) thick, and arrange on the prepared baking sheet.
03 - Place ½ slice of turkey on each baguette round as the first layer.
04 - In a small bowl, combine the black currant jam and red chili sauce. Spread approximately 1 tablespoon of this mixture over each turkey-topped baguette round.
05 - Slice the Brie cheese and place one slice on top of each assembled bite.
06 - Place the tray in the preheated oven and broil for 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese melts and begins to bubble.
07 - Remove from the oven, allow to cool for 5 minutes, and garnish with fresh rosemary if desired before serving.
