11 - 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
12 - Olive oil for grilling

# Steps:

01 - Combine drained tuna with yogurt, mustard, lemon juice, corn, onion, relish, garlic powder, and pepper in a mixing bowl until well incorporated.
02 - Warm tortilla briefly. Spread cheese evenly over the surface, then add tuna mixture, leaving approximately 2.5 cm of space at the edges for folding.
03 - Fold sides of the tortilla inward, then fold the bottom up. Roll the wrap away from you, maintaining tension to keep the filling compact.
04 - Heat a skillet with olive oil over medium heat. Place the wrap seam-side down and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and cheese has melted completely.

01 - High in protein and complex carbohydrates
02 - Can be made into two smaller wraps
03 - Best eaten fresh
