Thousand Island Dressing (Printable Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise
02 - 2 tbsp ketchup
03 - 2 tbsp sweet pickle relish
04 - 2 tsp finely diced onion (red, yellow or white)
05 - 1/4 tsp minced garlic (half small clove)
06 - 1 tsp white vinegar
07 - 1/8 tsp kosher salt, plus to taste
08 - 2-3 dashes Tabasco sauce (optional)

02 - Taste the dressing and adjust salt level if needed for balanced flavor.
