Tasty spirals filled with seasoned beef and cheese, served with creamy dipping sauce. Great for parties or quick meals.

# Ingredients:

→ Taco Filling

01 - 450g lean ground beef
02 - 2 1/2 tablespoons taco seasoning
03 - 60ml water

→ Dough & Cheese

04 - 1 pre-made pizza dough
05 - 240g shredded Mexican cheese blend

→ Dipping Sauce

06 - 120g plain Greek yogurt
07 - 120ml ranch dressing
08 - 1 teaspoon lime juice
09 - 1 teaspoon fresh cilantro, chopped

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
02 - Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat, then drain excess fat. Add taco seasoning and water, simmer for 2-3 minutes until liquid reduces.
03 - Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface. Spread the seasoned beef evenly over the dough, then sprinkle with shredded Mexican cheese blend.
04 - Carefully roll the dough into a tight cylinder, similar to a jelly roll. Using a sharp knife, cut into 1/2 inch (1.25cm) slices.
05 - Arrange pinwheels on a baking sheet, leaving space between each. Bake for 12-14 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
06 - While pinwheels bake, combine Greek yogurt, ranch dressing, lime juice, and chopped cilantro in a small bowl. Mix thoroughly and refrigerate until serving.

# Notes:

01 - Can be prepared ahead of time and stored in refrigerator before slicing and baking.
02 - Serve with dipping sauce, additional salsa, and fresh cilantro for garnish.
