Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

Cut and remove rind from the top surface of the brie wheel only, leaving the sides intact.

Place brie in center of rolled pizza dough. Cut dough into a circle large enough to cover the sides of the cheese wheel.

Top brie with minced garlic, pizza sauce, shredded mozzarella and pepperoni slices.

Pinch dough around the top edge of brie to seal. Bake for 20 minutes until cheese melts and crust turns golden brown.

Sprinkle with fresh basil and grated parmesan cheese. Serve immediately while hot.
