Stuffed Brie Cheese Pizza (Printable Version)

A unique appetizer wrapping brie in pizza dough with classic toppings, creating a delicious French-Italian fusion experience.

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 wheel brie cheese
02 - 1 refrigerated pizza dough
03 - 1 teaspoon minced garlic
04 - 2 tablespoons pizza sauce

→ Toppings

05 - 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
06 - 5 pepperoni slices
07 - Fresh minced basil for garnish
08 - Grated parmesan cheese for sprinkling

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Cut and remove rind from the top surface of the brie wheel only, leaving the sides intact.
03 - Place brie in center of rolled pizza dough. Cut dough into a circle large enough to cover the sides of the cheese wheel.
04 - Top brie with minced garlic, pizza sauce, shredded mozzarella and pepperoni slices.
05 - Pinch dough around the top edge of brie to seal. Bake for 20 minutes until cheese melts and crust turns golden brown.
06 - Sprinkle with fresh basil and grated parmesan cheese. Serve immediately while hot.
