Ranch Green Beans and Potatoes (Printable Version)

Tender green beans and potatoes combined with crispy bacon and savory ranch butter for a delicious country-style side dish.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
02 - 1 1/2 pounds baby potatoes, halved or quartered
03 - 6 slices bacon
04 - 1 packet ranch seasoning blend
05 - 3 teaspoons melted butter
06 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
07 - Salt and pepper to taste
08 - Fresh parsley for garnish

# Steps:

01 - Boil potatoes in salted water for 10-12 minutes until fork tender. Drain and set aside.
02 - Boil green beans 5-7 minutes until crisp-tender. Drain and set aside.
03 - Fry bacon until crispy. Remove, crumble, and reserve 1 tablespoon bacon fat.
04 - Mix garlic, ranch seasoning, and melted butter in a bowl.
05 - Add vegetables to skillet with bacon fat, toss with ranch butter mixture and crumbled bacon.
06 - Season with salt and pepper, garnish with parsley and serve warm.
