# Ingredients:

01 - 16 ounces frozen potato pierogi
02 - 14 ounces kielbasa sausage, sliced
03 - ½ cup chicken broth
04 - ½ cup sour cream
05 - 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
06 - ½ teaspoon black pepper
07 - 3 green onions, sliced
08 - 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch casserole dish.
02 - Arrange frozen pierogies and sliced kielbasa evenly in the prepared dish.
03 - In a bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, chicken broth, black pepper, and half of the sliced green onions. Mix until smooth, then pour over the pierogies and sausage.
04 - Cover the dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes until bubbly around the edges.
05 - Remove foil, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly across the top, and bake uncovered for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is melted and golden.
06 - Sprinkle with the remaining green onions and serve hot.

01 - Can substitute kielbasa with any smoked sausage variety.
02 - Casserole keeps well for 4-5 days when refrigerated in an airtight container.
