One Pan Chicken Noodles (Printable Version)

Tender chicken and creamy egg noodles cooked together in one skillet for a quick, comforting meal ready in just 30 minutes.

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 boneless and skinless chicken breasts
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 3 garlic cloves, minced
04 - 2 cups chicken broth
05 - 1 cup heavy cream
06 - 225 g egg noodles (8 ounces)
07 - 3 tablespoons butter
08 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
09 - Salt and pepper to taste
10 - Fresh parsley for garnish

# Steps:

01 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then cook for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
02 - Using the same pan with residual heat, sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add chicken broth and heavy cream, then bring the mixture to a simmer.
03 - Add egg noodles directly to the simmering liquid in the pan. Cover with a lid and cook for 8-10 minutes until the noodles are tender and have absorbed some of the liquid.
04 - Stir in butter and grated Parmesan cheese until completely melted and incorporated. Return chicken to the pan to warm through. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
