Pour in heavy cream, then add Parmesan and Mozzarella cheeses along with milk. Stir continuously until cheeses melt completely and sauce thickens. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.

Add the drained cooked ravioli to the sauce and gently fold to coat each piece evenly.
