Olive Garden Ravioli Carbonara (Printable Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups cheese ravioli
02 - 2 tablespoons butter
03 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
04 - 1 cup heavy cream
05 - 1 cup Parmesan cheese
06 - ½ cup Mozzarella cheese
07 - 2 tablespoons milk
08 - Salt and pepper to taste
09 - ¼ cup bacon bits
10 - ¼ cup Parmesan cheese for topping
11 - Fresh parsley for garnish

# Steps:

01 - Cook ravioli according to package directions until al dente.
02 - Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
03 - Pour in heavy cream, then add Parmesan and Mozzarella cheeses along with milk. Stir continuously until cheeses melt completely and sauce thickens. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
04 - Add the drained cooked ravioli to the sauce and gently fold to coat each piece evenly.
05 - Transfer to serving plates, then sprinkle with bacon bits, additional Parmesan cheese, and freshly chopped parsley.
