Low-Carb Mushroom Pizza (Printable Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 portobello mushrooms, gills and stems removed
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil, plus extra for baking sheet
03 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
04 - 1/4 cup pizza sauce
05 - 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
06 - 4-6 cherry tomatoes, sliced
07 - 2 garlic cloves, pressed

# Steps:

01 - Heat oven to 450°F. Coat a baking sheet with olive oil.
02 - Mix olive oil, Italian seasoning and garlic in a small bowl.
03 - Brush mushrooms with oil mixture. Top with pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, and sliced tomatoes.
04 - Bake 8-10 minutes until mushrooms soften and cheese melts.
