Hot Honey Feta Dip (Printable Version)

A smooth, creamy feta dip whipped with goat cheese and spiced with hot honey, ready in just 10 minutes.

# Ingredients:

01 - 400g block feta cheese, rinsed
02 - 100g soft goat cheese (or cream cheese

03 - 1 clove garlic, grated or minced
04 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
05 - 1 teaspoon dried thyme

06 - 3 tablespoons hot honey, plus more for serving
07 - 1/2 teaspoon coarse black pepper

# Steps:

01 - Rinse feta cheese to reduce saltiness and pat dry.
02 - Mince or grate the garlic clove.
03 - Add all ingredients to food processor: feta, goat cheese, garlic, oregano, thyme, hot honey, and pepper.
04 - Process until smooth and creamy, scraping sides as needed.
05 - Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
06 - Transfer to serving dish, drizzle with extra hot honey, and garnish with herbs.
