# Ingredients:

01 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
02 - 1 onion, diced
03 - 2 celery ribs, diced
04 - 2 carrots, peeled and diced
05 - 1 red bell pepper, diced
06 - 1 zucchini, diced
07 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
08 - Salt to taste

09 - 1 1/2 cups tomato sauce

10 - 4 cups pasta, any shape
11 - Grated parmesan cheese for garnish

# Steps:

01 - Heat olive oil in a large pan. Add diced onion, celery, carrots, red bell pepper, and zucchini. Cook for 10 minutes until vegetables become translucent and begin to soften.
