# Ingredients:

03 - ¼ cup (58g) mayonnaise
04 - 1-2 teaspoons water
05 - ½ teaspoon kosher salt
06 - ¼ teaspoon pepper
07 - 1 teaspoon lemon juice

08 - 1 package (13 ounces) thin-crust pizza dough

→ Toppings

09 - 2-3 dill pickles, thinly sliced
10 - 1 cup (113g) mozzarella cheese, shredded
11 - ¼ cup (25g) parmesan cheese

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C).
02 - In a small bowl, combine smashed garlic, sour cream, mayonnaise, water, kosher salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Mix until smooth and well incorporated.
03 - Roll pizza dough into a 12-inch circle on a parchment-lined pizza stone or baking sheet.
04 - Spread garlic sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border for the crust. Arrange pickle slices across the surface, then sprinkle evenly with mozzarella and parmesan cheeses.
05 - Bake for 16-20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly, and the crust develops a golden brown color.
