Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs (Printable Version)

Golden biscuits filled with savory beef, garlic, and two cheeses - a delicious handheld treat ready in 30 minutes.

# Ingredients:

→ Filling

01 - 500g ground beef
02 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
03 - 60g Parmesan cheese, diced
04 - 115g cheddar cheese, cubed

→ Dough

05 - 1 can (16.3 oz/462g) biscuit dough

→ Topping

06 - 30g butter, melted
07 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F). In a skillet, brown the ground beef with minced garlic until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
02 - Add the diced Parmesan and cubed cheddar cheese to the beef mixture. Stir until well combined.
03 - Flatten each biscuit into a disc. Place a portion of the beef and cheese mixture in the center of each disc. Fold the edges up and around the filling, pinching to seal completely.
04 - Place the sealed bombs seam-side down on a lined baking sheet. Brush the tops with melted butter. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the exterior is golden brown.
05 - Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly. Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving warm.
