Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F). In a skillet, brown the ground beef with minced garlic until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.

Add the diced Parmesan and cubed cheddar cheese to the beef mixture. Stir until well combined.

Flatten each biscuit into a disc. Place a portion of the beef and cheese mixture in the center of each disc. Fold the edges up and around the filling, pinching to seal completely.

Place the sealed bombs seam-side down on a lined baking sheet. Brush the tops with melted butter. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the exterior is golden brown.

Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly. Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving warm.
