03 - 1 tbsp cream-style horseradish
04 - 1/2 lb provolone or Swiss cheese, sliced
05 - 1/2 lb thinly sliced deli roast beef
06 - 1/2 cup caramelized onions

→ Butter Topping

07 - 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
08 - 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
09 - 1/2 tsp onion powder
10 - 1/4 tsp garlic powder
11 - 1/2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

→ Au Jus

12 - 2 cups beef broth or stock
13 - 2 tbsp unsalted butter
14 - 1 clove garlic, minced
15 - 1.5 tbsp all-purpose flour (optional)
16 - 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
17 - 1-2 tsp roasted beef base (optional)
18 - 1 tsp fresh thyme (or 1/4 tsp dried)
19 - Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
20 - Additional parsley for garnish

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish that will fit all sliders. Slice slider rolls horizontally into tops and bottoms. Briefly broil the cut sides for 1-2 minutes until lightly toasted.
02 - In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and cream-style horseradish. Mix thoroughly.
03 - Spread half the horseradish mayo mixture on the toasted bottoms of rolls. Arrange these in the greased baking dish.
04 - Layer half the cheese slices over the roll bottoms. Distribute the roast beef evenly, followed by caramelized onions. Top with remaining cheese slices.
05 - Spread remaining horseradish mayo on the undersides of roll tops. Place tops over the cheese to complete the sliders.
06 - In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, and chopped parsley. Brush this mixture generously over the tops of the sliders.
07 - Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and continue baking for 5-8 minutes until tops are golden brown and cheese is fully melted.
08 - While sliders are baking, melt 2 tablespoons butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. If using flour for a thicker consistency, sprinkle it in now and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
09 - Gradually whisk in beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, and beef base if using. Bring to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes until slightly reduced. Season with salt and pepper to taste. For a smoother jus, strain through a fine-mesh sieve.
10 - Remove sliders from oven and let rest for 5 minutes. Cut into individual portions, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve warm with small bowls of hot au jus for dipping.
