# Ingredients:

→ Crust

01 - 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
02 - ½ cup melted butter

→ Filling

03 - 16 oz cream cheese, softened
04 - 8 oz feta cheese, crumbled
05 - ½ cup sour cream
06 - 3 eggs
07 - 2 tbsp honey
08 - 1 tsp lemon zest
09 - 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
10 - Salt & pepper to taste

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 325°F. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter thoroughly, then press mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan.
02 - In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, feta, sour cream, honey, lemon zest, thyme, salt, and pepper until completely smooth and well combined.
03 - Incorporate eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition to ensure proper integration.
04 - Pour the filling over the prepared crust and bake for 45-50 minutes until the center is set but still slightly jiggly.
05 - Allow cheesecake to cool completely at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Before serving, drizzle with additional honey and garnish with fresh herbs.
