Croissant Bacon Egg Sandwich (Printable Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Bread

01 - 2 large croissants

→ Eggs Mixture

02 - 4 large eggs
03 - 1/4 cup milk
04 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
05 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
06 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

→ Fillings

07 - 2 slices cheddar cheese
08 - 4 slices cooked bacon
09 - 1/2 avocado, sliced (optional)

# Steps:

01 - In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
02 - Melt butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture and cook, stirring gently, until eggs are scrambled and fully cooked. Remove from heat.
03 - Cut croissants in half horizontally and lightly toast them in the same skillet until golden brown.
04 - Place 1 slice of cheddar cheese on the bottom half of each croissant. Divide the scrambled eggs evenly between both sandwiches.
05 - Layer 2 slices of cooked bacon per sandwich. Add sliced avocado if desired.
