# Ingredients:

→ For the Chicken

01 - 4 small to medium chicken breasts (or 2 large halved)
02 - Salt and pepper to taste
03 - 2 tablespoons olive oil

→ For the Creamy Garlic Sauce

04 - 3-4 cloves garlic, minced
05 - 250 ml light cream or heavy cream
06 - 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning or oregano
07 - 50 g parmesan cheese, grated
08 - 100 g spinach, chopped (optional)

# Steps:

01 - Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for 5-6 minutes per side until golden and crispy. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
02 - Lower heat and add minced garlic to the pan. Sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. Pour in cream, stirring continuously to prevent scorching. Add Italian seasoning and parmesan cheese, mixing until smooth. Stir in chopped spinach (if using) and simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
03 - Return the cooked chicken to the pan, spooning sauce over the top. Simmer for 1 minute to warm through, then remove from heat. Serve hot with your choice of side.
