Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.

Whisk eggs and milk in a small bowl until thoroughly combined.

Dip each ravioli in egg mixture then coat completely in breadcrumbs. Place on prepared pan.

Heat 3 inches of oil to 350 degrees F (175°C) in a deep pot.

Cook 6-8 ravioli at a time for 3-4 minutes until golden brown and crispy.

Transfer to serving plate, top with grated parmesan and chopped parsley. Serve immediately with marinara sauce for dipping.
