Crispy Cheese Ravioli Appetizer (Printable Version)

Crispy breaded cheese ravioli fried until golden brown, served with marinara sauce for a delicious Italian appetizer.

# Ingredients:

01 - 20 ounces refrigerated cheese ravioli
02 - 2 eggs
03 - ⅓ cup milk
04 - 2 cups Italian breadcrumbs
05 - Oil for frying

→ Garnish

06 - ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
07 - 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
08 - Marinara sauce for serving

# Steps:

01 - Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
02 - Whisk eggs and milk in a small bowl until thoroughly combined.
03 - Dip each ravioli in egg mixture then coat completely in breadcrumbs. Place on prepared pan.
04 - Heat 3 inches of oil to 350 degrees F (175°C) in a deep pot.
05 - Cook 6-8 ravioli at a time for 3-4 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
06 - Transfer to serving plate, top with grated parmesan and chopped parsley. Serve immediately with marinara sauce for dipping.

# Notes:

01 - Can use frozen ravioli if thawed completely first
02 - Best served hot and crispy directly after frying
03 - Fry in small batches to maintain oil temperature and avoid overcrowding
