Dust a work surface lightly with flour, and roll out the crescent dough sheet. If using crescent rolls, pinch seams together to form a single sheet.

Cut the dough into 24 equal squares and press each square into a mini muffin tin cavity.

Place a piece of Brie cheese into each dough cup.

Top each cheese piece with a spoonful of cranberry sauce, then garnish with a small sprig of fresh rosemary.
