03 - 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
04 - 1 pound ground beef
05 - 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
06 - 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
07 - 1 tablespoon hamburger seasoning

→ Toppings

08 - 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and sliced
09 - 6 slices thick-cut bacon, crumbled
10 - 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
11 - 1 cup crispy fried onions

→ Assembly

12 - 1 package (12 count) Hawaiian rolls
13 - 1 recipe cowboy butter

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 7x11 baking dish with non-stick spray. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté diced onion and minced garlic for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
02 - Add ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, seasoned salt, and hamburger seasoning to the skillet. Cook for 8-10 minutes until beef is completely browned. Drain excess grease from the meat mixture.
03 - Split Hawaiian rolls horizontally, keeping them connected. Place bottom halves in prepared baking dish. Brush with cowboy butter. Layer evenly with cooked beef mixture, jalapeño slices, crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, and crispy fried onions. Place top halves of rolls over the layers.
04 - Generously brush tops of rolls with remaining cowboy butter. Cover dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and continue baking for 3-5 minutes until tops are golden brown. Serve with extra cowboy butter on the side.

# Notes:

01 - Can substitute garlic butter for cowboy butter if preferred
02 - For best results, prepare cowboy butter without lemon juice
