# Ingredients:

07 - 1 1/2 cups milk
08 - 2 large eggs
09 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
10 - 2 tablespoons oil

11 - 3/4 cup chocolate chips, divided

# Steps:

01 - In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until well combined.
02 - Heat the milk with 1/4 cup of chocolate chips until the chocolate is completely melted, stirring occasionally to prevent scorching.
03 - Allow the chocolate milk to cool slightly, then combine with eggs, vanilla extract, and oil. Whisk until smooth.
04 - Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Fold in the remaining chocolate chips. Let batter rest for 5-10 minutes.
05 - Heat a griddle or non-stick pan over medium heat. Drop 1/4 cup portions of batter onto the hot surface. When bubbles form on the surface, flip and cook until the second side is golden brown.
