10 - 1/2 tablespoon brown sugar
11 - 1/2-1 teaspoon hot sauce (optional)
12 - 1/2 cup heavy cream
13 - 1/4 teaspoon salt, or to taste

14 - 4 burger buns
15 - Sliced cheese (optional topping)
16 - Coleslaw (optional topping)
17 - Sour cream (optional topping)
18 - Shredded lettuce (optional topping)

# Steps:

01 - Heat oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-low heat. Add the onion, celery, and bell pepper, cooking for 7-8 minutes until soft and fragrant.
02 - Add ground chicken to the vegetable mixture, breaking it up with a spatula while cooking for approximately 5 minutes until no pink remains.
03 - Incorporate the Cajun seasoning and minced garlic into the mixture, stirring continuously for another minute to release the aromatics.
04 - Pour in the crushed tomatoes, brown sugar, hot sauce (if using), and heavy cream. Combine thoroughly and reduce heat to low.
05 - Allow the mixture to simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking. Season with salt to taste.
06 - Spoon the chicken mixture onto toasted burger buns and garnish with your preferred toppings such as cheese, coleslaw, sour cream, or shredded lettuce.
