Crispy chicken tenders with marinara and melted provolone cheese served on garlic-buttered ciabatta rolls in just 15 minutes.

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 3-4 leftover breaded chicken tenders
02 - 2 ciabatta rolls, halved
03 - 2 slices provolone cheese

→ Sauce & Seasonings

04 - 2 tablespoons melted butter
05 - Pinch garlic powder
06 - 2 tablespoons marinara sauce

# Steps:

01 - Crisp your leftover breaded chicken tenders, preferably in an air fryer at 180°C (350°F) for 5 minutes.
02 - In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter and garlic powder until evenly combined. Baste this mixture over the cut side of both ciabatta rolls.
03 - Place all four bread pieces in the air fryer basket, cut and buttered side up. Air fry at 180°C (350°F) for 2 minutes until lightly toasted.
04 - Spread marinara sauce evenly over the bottom roll halves. Layer chicken tenders on top, followed by provolone cheese slices. Air fry for another 2 minutes until cheese melts.
05 - Close the sandwiches with the top halves of the rolls. Serve warm and enjoy immediately.

# Notes:

01 - Great way to use leftover chicken tenders.
02 - Can use frozen tenders if cooked properly first.
03 - Any sturdy roll works as bread substitute.
