Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9x13 baking dish.

Using a serrated knife, cut the entire package of Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally. Place the bottom half in the prepared baking dish.

Spread pizza sauce evenly over the bottom half of rolls. Layer with half the mozzarella cheese, followed by all the pepperoni slices. Add another layer of sauce and top with remaining mozzarella.

Place the top half of the rolls over the layered ingredients, creating a sandwich.

In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and grated Parmesan cheese.

Brush the butter mixture evenly over the top of the rolls. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and continue baking for 5-10 minutes until tops are golden brown and cheese is fully melted.
