→ For Steak Seasoning

02 - 1 tbsp olive oil
03 - 2 tsp Cajun seasoning
04 - Salt and pepper to taste

→ For Alfredo Sauce

05 - 2 tbsp unsalted butter
06 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
07 - 1½ cups heavy cream
08 - 1 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
09 - 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
10 - ½ tsp smoked paprika

→ Pasta

11 - 12 oz fettuccine pasta

→ Garnish

12 - Fresh parsley, chopped

# Steps:

01 - Rub steak with olive oil, then season generously with Cajun spice, salt, and pepper on both sides.
02 - Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the steak for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare doneness.
03 - Transfer steak to a cutting board and allow to rest for 5 minutes before slicing thinly against the grain.
04 - In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
05 - Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer, stirring occasionally.
06 - Gradually whisk in the grated Parmesan cheese, Cajun seasoning, and smoked paprika until smooth and slightly thickened.
07 - Add cooked and drained fettuccine to the sauce, tossing gently to coat all strands evenly.
08 - Arrange the pasta on serving plates, top with sliced Cajun steak, and garnish with freshly chopped parsley.

# Notes:

01 - Works beautifully with chicken or shrimp as protein alternatives
02 - For a spicier dish, increase the amount of Cajun seasoning
