Creamy Boursin cheese topped with fresh tomatoes, basil, and balsamic glaze for an easy appetizer.

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 150 g Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese

→ Tomato Topping

02 - 150 g cherry tomatoes, halved or quartered
03 - 30 ml thinly sliced red onion (2–3 tablespoons)
04 - 1–2 garlic cloves, finely minced
05 - 15 ml olive oil
06 - 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
07 - Salt, to taste
08 - Black pepper, to taste

→ Finishing & Serving

09 - 15 ml balsamic glaze
10 - Toasted baguette slices, crackers, or fresh vegetables, for serving

# Steps:

01 - Place the Boursin cheese on a wide serving plate and spread it into an even layer using the back of a spoon.
02 - In a small bowl, combine the minced garlic with a little of the olive oil to soften its sharpness.
03 - Add the halved cherry tomatoes and sliced red onion to the bowl, then season with salt and black pepper and pour in the remaining olive oil.
04 - Toss gently until the tomatoes and onion are evenly coated in the seasoned oil.
05 - Spoon the tomato mixture over the spread Boursin cheese, covering the surface generously.
06 - Scatter the chopped fresh basil over the top and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
07 - Present immediately alongside toasted baguette slices, crackers, or fresh vegetables.

# Notes:

01 - For the cleanest presentation, allow the Boursin to sit at room temperature for a few minutes before spreading.
02 - Assemble just before serving to keep the tomato topping vibrant and prevent the base from becoming watery.
