Thread 4-5 pieces of seasoned chicken cubes onto each pre-soaked wooden skewer.

In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, Sriracha and honey until smooth. Divide the sauce in half, reserving one portion for serving.

Brush chicken skewers generously with half of the prepared bang bang sauce.

Cook skewers in air fryer at 200°C (400°F) for 11-12 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking time, until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 74°C (165°F).
