01 - 2 flour tortilla shells
02 - 1 tablespoon butter, softened
03 - ½ cup grated mozzarella cheese

05 - Italian seasoning, to taste
06 - Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

# Steps:

01 - Lay out your tortillas on a clean surface. Using a spoon or a butter knife, spread a generous amount of the softened butter evenly over the surface of each tortilla. Make sure to coat all the way to the edges for maximum flavor.
02 - Then add the grated mozzarella cheese, garlic powder and Italian seasoning to the buttered tortillas. Place one tortilla on top of the other to create a sandwich.
03 - Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
