Air Fryer Tomato Bruschetta (Printable Version)

Crispy air-fried baguette topped with fresh tomatoes, garlic, basil and balsamic glaze - ready in just 10 minutes!

# Ingredients:

→ Bruschetta Base

01 - 1 baguette, cut into 12 slices
02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil

→ Tomato Topping

03 - 6 Roma tomatoes, diced
04 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
05 - 1 handful fresh basil leaves, chopped
06 - 1/4 teaspoon salt, or to taste
07 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, or to taste

→ Finishing Touch

08 - 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze

# Steps:

01 - Cut tomatoes in half, remove seeds, then dice and put in bowl.
02 - Add chopped basil, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper to tomatoes. Mix well.
03 - Slice baguette and place pieces in air fryer basket.
04 - Air fry at 400°F for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
05 - Top toasted bread with tomato mixture.
06 - Drizzle with balsamic glaze and serve immediately.
